The Kappa Series
Kappa knives are forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, and finished in up to 30 manual steps in Solingen.
The all-metal build puts the weight close to the bolster, so the knife sits steady in the hand. The stainless, ice-hardened blade has a hardness of approx. 57–58 HRC.
With no wood, no plastic and no seams where food can collect, Kappa knives can go in the dishwasher.
