Alpha Pear Wood Handles
The Alpha Pear series was launched on the occasion of the admission of Güde to the circle of Preferred Suppliers by the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, Section Germany. In over 40 further manual operations, a unique Solingen knifemaker's art is created. The handle scales are made of finely textured, velvety pear wood and should not be put in the dishwasher. The blade is stainless, ice-hardened and of course hand-sharpened.
